Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your iPhone's Settings: tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → GainsCoach → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap 'Restore Purchases.' As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase, your subscription will be restored automatically.

I'm a parent — how do I receive weekly reports?

Weekly parent reports are delivered by email. Your athlete enters your email during onboarding, and we send a summary every Sunday morning showing their daily averages, weight progress, and Coach Gains' weekly review.

How is my data used?

We only collect data needed to personalize your experience — your profile, meals logged, and weight check-ins. We never sell your data. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

How old do I need to be to use GainsCoach?

GainsCoach is designed for athletes ages 13 and up. Users under 18 should have parent or guardian consent before creating an account.
